These terms govern your use of the Depuria application and website. By downloading, activating, or purchasing Depuria, you agree to them.

1. License to use Depuria

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use Depuria on Macs you own or control, subject to these terms and the limits of your plan.

• Free: a limited set of features, free to use.
• Pro: a one-time purchase that unlocks all tools and the AI Advisor (with your own AI key) for the major version you bought. Future major versions may be paid upgrades.
• Pro+ Cloud AI: an annual subscription that adds hosted Cloud AI on top of Pro. It renews yearly until cancelled.

2. License keys & activations

Your license key is personal to you. You may activate it on a reasonable number of your own devices; we may enforce activation limits and may deactivate keys obtained through fraud, chargebacks, or sharing.

3. Payments, renewals & taxes

Purchases are sold and processed by Lemon Squeezy, our Merchant of Record, who is the seller of record and handles billing, applicable taxes, and receipts. Subscriptions renew automatically; you can cancel anytime from the customer portal Lemon Squeezy provides, and cancellation stops future renewals.

4. Refunds

If Depuria isn't right for you, contact [email protected] within 14 days of purchase and we'll arrange a refund through Lemon Squeezy, subject to their processing. Refunds may be declined in cases of abuse.

5. Your responsibilities & safety

Depuria is a powerful maintenance tool. Nothing is deleted without your explicit confirmation, and removable items are moved to the Trash. Even so, you are responsible for maintaining your own backups and for reviewing what you choose to remove. You agree not to misuse the app, reverse engineer it except as permitted by law, or use it to harm a system you don't control.

6. AI features

The AI Advisor provides suggestions that may be incomplete or wrong; you remain in control and should review any recommended action before confirming it. When you use your own AI key, your use of that provider is also governed by the provider's terms.

7. Disclaimer of warranties

Depuria is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the app will be error-free or uninterrupted.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Depuria and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for data loss. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for Depuria in the 12 months before the claim.

9. Termination

You may stop using Depuria at any time. We may suspend or terminate a license that breaches these terms. Some provisions (payment, disclaimers, liability) survive termination.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Colombia, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where mandatory consumer-protection law in your country of residence applies.
